Scott A. Lickstein is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, and has been practicing in New York for over 30 years. He is admitted to practice law in New York, the Northern District of New York U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association as well as a member of their board of directors, and the New York State Bar Association. His primary areas of practice include business and commercial law, complex commercial litigation, real estate transactions and property evictions, and family law.
Scott is a long term resident of Syracuse, and has been an active board member in a number of community organizations including Syracuse Behavioral Health Care, the Syracuse Business Exchange, Vera House, and Jewish Family Service. He also lectures at seminars on commercial law, business formation, and account collection strategies.
