Erin counsels individuals, universities, and corporate clients to develop and protect their valuable brands and intellectual property. She has a business-driven mindset, allowing her to create specific intellectual property portfolio management solutions tailored to the business goals of each client.

Erin advises clients at every step of intellectual property portfolio management. She provides guidance to clients on avoiding infringement of third party rights. As a registered patent attorney, she prepares and prosecutes patent, trademark, and copyright applications. Erin also advises clients on intellectual property enforcement matters to protect client brands and investments. She has experience litigating intellectual property disputes, conducting counterfeit investigations, and facilitating social media intellectual property challenges and takedowns.

Erin assists clients in commercializing and monetizing intellectual property through strategic and creative transactions. Such transactions include acquiring, selling, and licensing intellectual property assets.

Erin is originally from New Jersey and moved to the Syracuse area in 2012. She currently resides in Cazenovia, New York and enjoys the beauty of Upstate New York through running, hiking, boating, and skiing.
