Daniel S. Greene was quoted as a name, image, and likeness (“NIL”) legal expert in two articles discussing current events in college athletics.
During the first year of the NIL era, Daniel has been a NIL panelist at the Temple Sports Business Conference and Syracuse Law’s Entertainment and Sports Law Society Symposium. He has also provided guest lectures on NIL at Syracuse University’s College of Law, David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics, and Cazenovia College.
At Newman & Lickstein, we are fully equipped to help any current or prospective college athlete, as well as any high school athlete in New York, navigate this unchartered and rapidly changing territory.
