Newman & Lickstein represented a hospitality group in the $17 million purchase of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Piscataway Somerset in Piscataway, New Jersey.
The five-story, all-suite hotel features 220 guest rooms and approximately 7,544 square feet of meeting and event space. The property is situated in a well-established corporate and commercial district with convenient access to major highways, Rutgers University, and nearby corporate and medical centers.
