Newman & Lickstein represented Saloni Hospitality in the $13.5 million sale of the Holiday Inn Express, located at 5418 South Bay Road in North Syracuse, New York. The commercial real estate transaction closed earlier this year.
Scott Lickstein led the firm’s legal team in connection with the sale, providing legal counsel throughout the transaction. Nicholas Graham and Amanda Phillips also assisted with the matter. The hotel property encompasses approximately 47,844 square feet and includes 95 guest rooms.
