We are very pleased to announce that Steven Eychner has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Steven represents corporate clients and individuals in the areas of commercial and business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, intellectual property, and other corporate matters. He also advises individuals and businesses in transactional matters related content creation, e-sports, streaming, and athlete name, image, and likeness (NIL) licensing.
Steven is a native of Rome, New York and is an avid fan of Syracuse University athletics. After residing in New York, New York, he returned to Upstate New York and resides in Saratoga Springs, New York with his fiancé, Kailee.
