Nicholas represents entrepreneurs, business owners, and private investors on a wide range of corporate and real estate matters. His experience encompasses entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, commercial contract negotiations, and commercial real estate transactions and development. He partners closely with clients through every stage of growth, offering practical legal guidance to help them scale and succeed.
In addition to his corporate practice, Nicholas represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and development, leasing, title insurance, construction loans, and permanent financing. His commercial real estate clients include developers, restaurant franchisees, landlords, and tenants. He also assists clients with zoning, land use approvals, and other regulatory matters related to real estate development.
Earlier in his career, Nicholas worked at a global law firm in New York City and San Diego, where he supported matters involving securities offerings and the formation of real estate and venture capital funds. He also gained valuable insight through roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), strengthening his background in corporate finance and regulatory compliance.
Nicholas earned his J.D./M.B.A. from Syracuse University with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship. A native of upstate New York, he currently lives in Cicero, New York, with his wife and their son.
