Wes Gerrie, Litigation
Wes focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, representing clients across a wide range of industries with an emphasis on strategic, results-driven advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, he defended corporations and large businesses in complex matters including negligence, premises liability, products liability, defamation, intellectual property disputes, real estate and title litigation, and contract-related claims. Wes brings a thoughtful, business-minded approach to litigation, tailoring his representation to each client’s objectives and long-term goals.
Daniel Greene, Corporate/NIL
Daniel advises individual and corporate clients on a wide range of corporate, real estate, technology, and transactional matters, drawing on prior in-house experience with a major real estate developer to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. He is also a leader in the emerging area of name, image, and likeness (NIL) law, regularly advising athletes, creators, and organizations navigating this evolving legal landscape. A frequent speaker and commentator on NIL issues, Daniel’s background in collegiate athletics uniquely positions him to counsel clients in this rapidly evolving space.
Maria Lesinski, Corporate
Maria advises in the areas of business and corporate law, focusing her practice on representing talent, influencers, startups and technology companies, in a broad range of corporate, business, and intellectual property transactions. Her work centers on advising emerging and growth-stage companies on brand protection, technology transactions, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
